Recently we posted on our site that the poll was being conducted to select the clips to complete officially to MMVA 2012 in the category “Ur Fave Video”. Among the top five rated clips, there’s the current single from Simple Plan, Sunmer Paradise.
Another clip of the band that is also nominated, but in another category, is the official video for “Astronaut”, which was nominated for the category “International Video Of The Year By a Canadian”.

“Summer Paradise” in the australian The Voice

The tv show The Voice is not only present in the UK and the USA. Austrália also has the tv show that has four instructors who help participants to become singers.

During one of the presentations that are part of the tv show, the participant Lydemans Sam sang “Summer Paradise”, music that with Simple Plan has made great success there and that collaborates with the amount of gigs that the band is marked by Australia.

Simple Plan on SAT.1

After a long concert list in Australia, Simple Plan will come back to Europe for some more concerts, as we already know. During this passage, on June 20th, they will be on SAT.1, situated in Berlin, a German TV program on a closed channel. On the same day, as we already commented here, they will also do a concert in a small town, next to Hamburg, in Germany.

That Simple Plan does success around the entire world, we already know. But, apparently, in Australia, their success is different (and bigger). Today was announced the eleventh concert in the country. This time, Simple Plan will play in a car event called “Race and Rock”, on June 17th, that will took place in Darwin, Australia. Israeli magazine brings new photos of Simple Plan

As you may rememberl, in 2008 Simple Plan toured in Israel. While they were there, they also took the opportunity to get to know some places in the country.A few months later passage through the country, was published in the official channel of Simple Plan a vlog with images of the trips Simple Plan took in Israel.

Simple Plan and The New Cities made a song together

As we know, Chuck and Pierre are composer of songs.
A few months ago it was announced that both had composed a song from the band The New Cities, the “Love Me Deadly.”

Recently, in a new interview with the band for the Much Music, the members said that Chuck and Pierre participated in the composition of another song, “Get Connected” from the album “Kill The Lights”.

Reporter: And you guys have worked with Pierre from Simple Plan as well, you guys toured together… How was that?

The New Cities: Yeah, Pierre and Chuck. It was great! And we spent like one afternoon, and we just worked on a song and yeah, it’s great. It’s a song called „Get Connected“ and the other one called „Love Me Deadly“. So in one afternoon, two tracks, that’s it.

Chuck Comeau will participate on Music Matters 2012

Every year in Singapore happens one edition of the conference “All That Matters”, which has the Music Matters, Gaming Matters and Digital Matters to form the event that aims to discuss how the market works on contemporary music.

In the last edition, Simple Plan played at Music Matters and this year, apparently the band will not play at the event, but between the 22nd and 26th of May, the “All That Matters” will happen and the drummer of the band, Chuck Comeau, was invited to participate as a guest who will give testimony at the conference and Coalition Entertainment confirmed the participation of Comeau via Twitter.

Simple Plan supports “Concert For Change”

Simple Plan is supporting a charity event called “Concert for Change.” This event, done by two organizations called “Free The Children” and “Me to We”, will happen in Lindsay, Canada on May 31, and will serve to keep doing what organizations do, provide education for children, and other things related to them. Simple Plan are not going to participate but they are supporting the event.
